If kids with autism feel stressed out, they can try listening to music. The Listening Program provides soothing music that can help them focus on whatever work they need to get done. It includes a big set of headphones and ten CDs to listen to. Each segment is about fifteen minutes long.

By doing this, you can download your favorite songs on your electronic device and put them together into one playlist. That way, you can listen to any of those songs anytime, anywhere using earbuds or headphones. Sometimes, if you want to listen to the songs your friends may also like, you can share that song with them.
